I've had the joy of surfing in several different countries and island chains in this wild, beautiful world, as well as being able to live in one of them for about four years. I'm also quite content on a rainy or overcast day, reading from one of my favorite authors (C.S. Lewis/Brennan Manning) with a good cup of coffee and a spirit of contemplation and wonder. Finally--though there's really much more-- the times I'm able to sing in a jail or prison are rewarding beyond compare!
