Hello to you and thank you for visiting my site and blog!! I’d like to start by stating that I am not a trained professional when it comes to nutrition or medical issues. I am a mother of 2 beautiful kids and the things I will share with you I learned over time. I learned by experience, by reading, by researching and, well, through many hard days and nights with my son. My daughter had zero nutritional issues as she was growing up so I took for granted that I could feed her without even thinking about it. Sure, I would grind my own fruits and veggies, but that’s as ambitious as I got.
